Privacy and cookies
The Go Swag Catalogue is run by Go Swag (Snow Line Ltd., 16-18 Earl Haig Road, Glasgow, G52 4JU, United Kingdom). This page explains what the Catalogue collects and the choices you have. Our main privacy notice covers everything else, including how long we keep information, who our providers are, and your rights. Questions: hello@goswag.com.
When you ask for a quote
We receive your work email, your name and notes if you give them, and the products, colours, quantities and branding in your project. We use them to prepare your quote and follow up on it. We:
- keep the request in our own systems and alert our sales team in Slack;
- add you as a contact in HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, with a note of what you asked for, the country your request came from and whether you used a phone, tablet or computer;
- create a private link to a page that lists the products in your request, without your name, email or notes, so our team can see what you picked. The link can't be guessed and stops working 180 days after your request.
Where you came from
When you arrive, the Catalogue notes the campaign details in the link you followed (its UTM codes), the website that sent you, the page you landed on and when, and, if you came from goswag.com, which of our buttons you used. If you send a quote request during that visit, these details go with it to HubSpot, so we can see which of our marketing leads to enquiries. They are not used to identify you.
We keep them on your device between visits (for 90 days from your last visit) only if you allow Analytics or Advertising. Then we can also tell which visit first brought you to us.
If an ad brought you here, the link may also carry a click ID from Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Meta. We keep and use it only if you allow Advertising. It is kept on your device for 90 days and added to your HubSpot record if you send a quote request, so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries. If you refuse or withdraw Advertising, it is deleted from your device and never sent.
Cookies and similar storage
| Choice | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Essential (always on) | Remembers your project and brand details on this device, keeps you signed in to your account, and remembers your cookie choice. | Your project and brand details until you clear them; your cookie choice for 180 days |
| Browsing analytics and recordings | Amplitude records page views and clicks, the products you look at and add to your project, and quote and checkout steps, with masked session recordings, so we can improve the Catalogue. Private account pages, payment details and artwork are excluded. Also lets us remember where you came from between visits. | Amplitude's identifiers up to a year, or until you withdraw; where you came from, 90 days |
| Performance analytics | Vercel counts visits and measures page speed. | No identifiers kept on your device |
| Advertising measurement | Keeps an ad click ID from Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Meta, and sends it to HubSpot with a quote request. We don't load advertising tags on the Catalogue. | 90 days |
Your choices
Optional cookies stay off until you choose. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops new collection and deletes what is kept on your device. It doesn't remove what was already sent with a quote request. To have that changed or deleted, email hello@goswag.com.
